At Sherwood Park Kindergarten we foster the instinct to explore. We immerse the kids in various themes changing weekly or biweekly. With each theme comes a science demonstration where kids learn fundamental discoveries. Mrs. Larson captivates the children as she puts on her Einstein costume; complete with wig and eyebrow wiggling glasses. The kids are so excited to see the demonstrations that they forget they are learning. Children are taught that mistakes are ok and that imagination is important. Einstein and his teachings come to life in the classroom where kids are free to make discoveries as well as learn from mistakes.
