Busy Town is a unique event that Sherwood Park Kindergarten offers. Once a year while we study the community theme we transform our school into a bustling metropolis and invite parents and siblings to partake in our town’s services. We have everything from a hospital and school, to a travel agency and a hair salon. We even have a restaurant that serves real food. Children role-play merchant positions as parents are guided through imaginative play. It is amazing to watch the curriculum culminate in this experience.
